Who I am

What information I collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you use the contact form.
• Details you choose to share about your dog and the behaviour you need help with.
• Booking and session records for clients who attend daycare, classes or training.

Why I use it and my lawful basis

I use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange and deliver consultations, classes and daycare, and keep records of the work carried out with your dog. The lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries about my services), performance of a contract (delivering bookings you have made) and legal obligation where records must be kept.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or trade your information. It may be handled by the providers that host this website and deliver my email, and it may be shared with your vet or a rescue organisation only where you have asked me to do so or where an animal's welfare requires it.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for up to six years after our last session, so that I can refer back to your dog's history and meet accounting requirements.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary to make the pages work correctly. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to ask for it in a portable format. Email tails4wales@ymail.com and I will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with my response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
